Quilting Friends,
We have some big news! Our store is expanding! We have taken the suite next door and we are planning
some exciting changes including a larger more comfortable classroom and an expanded selection of fabrics.
Before the end of the year, we will also be adding a new embroidery section. We will reopen our bargain
basement on September 14th in the new space.
The unveiling of our expanded section and our fourth anniversary sale will be on Friday and Saturday,
September 14th and 15th. See the sale notice below in this email. An email reminder will also be sent out just
before the sale. The four years have gone by quickly as it seems like yesterday that the store opened.
Come see us at the Diablo Valley Quilt Show on September 22nd and 23rd. It is being hosted at Charlotte
Wood Middle School, 600 El Capitan, Danville. Hours are Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am
to 4:00pm. We will also be at the Delta Quilters Show on October 20th and 21st. It is being hosted at the
Contra Costa County Fairgrounds in Antioch. Hours are Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to
4:00pm. We would love to see you there.
Check the store for new and unique gift items beginning in mid October. We also have pillowcase kits that
would be great for gift giving.
When you’re at the store, please be sure and check that your information in the computer is correct. Please
notify the store about any contact information changes.
Our store hours are Monday, 10:00 – 5:30, Tuesday, 10:00 – 9:00, Wednesday – Friday, 10:00 – 5:30, and
Saturday 10:00 - 5:00. As a reminder, everyone is welcome to join us Tuesday evenings for open sewing
from 6:00 – 9:00. Just bring your current project and have fun!
