Winter 2010

Dear Quilting Friends,

The holiday season is here and Sew Ewe Quilt wants to wish you a Happy Holiday Season and a
Prosperous New Year in 2010.

The new class schedule for the winter quarter is now available. All classes are listed on our
website at http://www.sewewequilt.com/classes.html or you can pick up a hardcopy in the store.
The winter schedule offers several new classes including an evening purse made from a man’s
necktie and several home decorating classes. The new Block of the Month 2010 begins January 9.
It is a Christmas Traditions Quilt from Quilt in a Day. The class will meet monthly through August
so that you will have a finished Christmas quilt well before the new holiday season. There are lots
of other classes, so be sure to check out the schedule. You can view class samples in our store or
on our website.

Many new fabrics have arrived in the store including Heather Bailey’s Nicey Jane from Free Spirit,
Attitude by Mary Englebright from Moda, and Ice from Andover. There are several animal lines
coming in January from Exclusively Quilters including Wolf Song, Elephants, and Whitetail Valley
(deer fabric) A sampling of these lines can be viewed in this email newsletter or online on our

The March Madness Shop Hop for 2010 runs for two weeks this year from Thursday, March 4th
through Sunday, March 7th AND from Thursday, March 11th through Sunday, March 14th. More
details coming soon.

The Guild of Quilters of Contra Costa County is hosting their annual quilt show on Saturday and
Sunday, March 20th and 21st.

Our annual Year End Blow Out Sale will run from Saturday, December 26th through Thursday,
December 31st including Sunday. This is one of our biggest sales of the year, so mark your
calendars.

Please note our holiday hours. We will be closed on Christmas Day, December 25th, and New
Years Day, January 1st. We will close at 2:00pm on the day before Christmas, December 24th.
